What We Need From You
What I need from the customer is how the shocks are mounted on the car as in digital photos or simple drawings. These depictions should include mounting ear orientation and location (in front or behind axel). What we don’t see from the outside is if the shocks have been worked on before and assembled incorrectly. The only way to know for sure is if the shock is dissembled and the valves are inspected for correct orientation. (I guess this could be a why us)
